Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How does this process work?

a. Browse through our designs and pick the photo announcement of your choice. Fill out the provided form fields and checkout using our shopping cart.

We require a minimum order of 10 cards. Email your digital photos to divas3@tds.net We will use your photos and information to personalize your photo card.

Once we have personalized your card, we will send you an e-proof, via email. If you are satisfied with your e-proof, we will send your photo card to a professional photo lab to be printed.

Once we receive your cards from our printer, it will be examined by Divas 3 Design to ensure it is exactly the way you ordered it. Your photo cards will then be mailed to you via USPS Priority Mail.

Q. How do I pay for my order?
a. You will be able to pay by credit card through pay pal.

Q. Do envelopes come with my order?
a. Yes, basic white fitted envelopes are included.

Q. Are you able to do any editing to my pictures?
a. Yes, we will do minor editing such as reduce red-eye, cropping, and make color photos black & white.

Q. What type of paper are the announcements printed on?
a. They are professionally printed on archival photo paper with a matte finish.

Q: Can I change the colors on the announcement?
a. Due to the unique elements in our cards, we generally cannot make color changes.

Q. What resolution should my photos be?
a. Your photos should be at least 1200x1800 pixels. Please do not crop your photos before sending them to us.

Q. How long will it take to get my announcements?
a. After you have verified your proof, we will send your announcements to be printed and you should receive them within 7-10 business days.
